Languages at Work Event – GCHQ and Business Language Champions

European Youth Parliament
Junior Ambassadors from Carmel College attended the regional finals of the European Youth Parliament in Liverpool. Debates were held with other schools on a range of issues like combating antisocial behaviour, climate change and the cost of living crisis.

Lux Film Event & Christmas film screening
We had 2 film screenings. One in December for Y7, a French version of Ratouille, then the Lux Film Screening of 20,000 Species of Bees. The latter was attended by 10 Junior Ambassadors and the December one was attended by 15 Y7 pupils.
