All of our Year 13 language students in French, Spanish and German took part in a virtual workshop with DG-Translation in which we learned about the importance of languages in a multi-lingual democracy and the role of interpreters and translators.

We were able to translate some documents ourselves, which gave a fascinating insight into the job of linguists in the Parliament and other institutions of the EU.
