Register as an Ambassador


Upload evidence

1. Log in to the EPAS website 0:00

  • Go to epas.org.uk.
  • Click Login.
  • Enter your username (email address) and password.
  • Click Login to access your account.

2. Open the evidence submission form 0:13

  • From your account, go to School Dashboard.
  • Select Submit Evidence.
  • A short form will appear for you to complete.

3. Fill in the basic event details 0:25

  • Your school should already be selected.
  • Enter a title for the activity.
  • Write a short description of what the evidence is about.

4. Add the date and context of the activity 0:34

  • Enter when it took place.
  • Indicate whether it was part of your Europe Day celebrations if applicable.

5. Describe the type of activity and who was involved 0:45

  • For most evidence, select ‘an event we organised’; this includes things like:
    • a lesson
    • an assembly
    • a debate
    • a trip
  • Specify what the activity showed or what category it fits into.
  • Add the number of participants involved.
  • Include how many people it reached overall, not just those directly involved.
  • If relevant, note whether any MEPs were involved.

6. Write a short report and include student feedback 1:23

  • Add a short report describing the activity.
  • Include comments from students if possible.
  • This helps show what students gained from the experience.

7. Choose whether EPAS can share the evidence 1:39

  • Tick whether you are happy for the evidence to be shared on the EPAS website.
  • EPAS uses shared evidence to:
    • inspire other schools
    • celebrate student work
    • share content on social media
