On Monday, 18th November, sixth form students from Queen Elizabeth’s School, Crediton, participated in a digital surgery with Lord Newby.
The session, which was led by European Parliament Ambassador Schools Junior Ambassadors, covered a wide range of topics such as the ongoing conflict in the Middle East, the government’s plans to introduce inheritance tax on farms, and the Liberal Democrats’ plans to increase numbers of GPs.
We also presented the findings of the sixth form survey on Youth Mobility (and Lord Newby give his thoughts on how this issue might be progressed through the UK Parliament).
