Pupils helped cook 3 dishes for everyone to taste at the end of the day. These were tzatziki from Greece with side tortillas, German cabbage dishes and quesadillas from Mexico. we printed the flags for each of these countries and followed specific recipes. We discussed how these types of dishes are made and why specific ingredients were used. We all came together to try at the end.
