EU Youth Summit in Warsaw

A Junior Ambassador from Dulwich College, Jan Kozak, who also serves as a European Cooperation Ambassador in The Polish Parliament, took part in the European Union Youth Summit in Warsaw, organised by The Polish Parliament Youth Council. The event brought together over 400 governmental youth representatives from across Poland and  Europe, creating a platform for dialogue on key issues affecting young people.
During the summit, Jan delivered a speech and participated in bilateral meetings with representatives from countries including the UK and Ukraine.

Discussions focused on EU–UK youth cooperation in the post-Brexit context, covering topics such as Erasmus+ and the Youth Mobility Scheme.
The participation of representatives from the UK Youth Parliament marked an important step in strengthening cooperation. Polish Youth Council agreed to take part in future EU–UK Youth Summits—an annual forum where young people from both sides can come together to debate, shape policies and create new international projects.

Fantastic to have you involved as an ambassador between the EU, Poland and the UK, Jan. Ensuring the voices of young people, who these issues affect directly, are heard is essential for these programmes to work effectively.
