St Thomas More Language College went to Europe House to celebrate Europe Day with other Ambassador Schools from around the UK.

Europe Day at Europe House included lively debates on what it means to be European and the importance of democracy. Back at STMLC – FIGHT Club Young Ambassadors were also debating ‘why defend democracy?’

In school they held their own celebrations and quizzes and competitions and debates in the library. They had a number of whole school events and competitions. Their Ambassadors will be judging the entries to the Europe Day Activities.

Students also created videos around the theme of defending democracy.
