Trip to European Parliament in Strasbourg

The Euroscola group headed to the European Parliament where they took part in debates with young people from across Europe. This helps to inform the EU on the views of young people around AI, Disinformation and possible solutions. Our students also learned about the work of MEPs and were inspired by action on protecting Human Rights and international collaboration to tackle global issues such as migration and the climate crisis.

Students also had a great time enjoying French and German culture while sampling the Christmas markets and the museums of Strasbourg. Our young people made excellent use of their French and Modern Studies skills while also applying their History knowledge.

It’s great to see that your students took full advantage of this wonderful opportunity. They sound like very interesting and important topics for them to discuss.
