As part of our Europe Day celebrations, EPAS students created a short video entitled “How Does the EU Benefit Me?”. The aim of the project was to raise awareness of the impact that the European Union has on the daily lives of young people and to highlight the opportunities available to them as European citizens.

Students researched different aspects of EU membership and selected examples that were relevant to their peers, including educational opportunities, freedom of movement, cultural exchange programmes such as Erasmus+, and digital resources available to European citizens. They then worked collaboratively to plan, film and edit the video, ensuring that the information was presented in an engaging and accessible way.

The video was shown during the Europe Day event and helped stimulate discussion about the benefits of European cooperation and active citizenship. It also encouraged students to explore the opportunities available to them through European programmes and initiatives.

The project will be shared on the school’s social media channels soon, allowing the message to reach a wider audience and helping to promote the EPAS programme within and beyond the school community.
